Our caravan park is situated on the edge of two vast and beautiful lakes. Just 18 months ago, we developed our plots around Abbey Lake, and our 25 new plots will be perfectly placed where our old touring plots used to be around Old Lake, which is visible as soon as you enter the site!

21 of our private static caravans for sale in North Yorkshire will be right by the lakeside, and the remaining four will be strategically positioned through the gardens. The entrance gate has now also moved to behind the caravans. So, whichever caravan you choose, you’ll be sure to enjoy a beautiful view!

We’re lucky to be embraced by the amazing North Yorkshire Moors National Park and attract an incredible array of wildlife from across the county. Just some of the wildlife sightings around Woodpecker include migratory birds, up to 7 species of dragonfly, a weasel, and a number of roe deer!

The Woodpecker plot is just three miles from Malton, six miles from Pickering, 12 miles from Helmsley, 18 miles from York, and a mere short drive or two away from some of the best things to do in North Yorkshire!
