We are so pleased to announce that our planning application to have Lakeside Luxury Holiday Homes and Lodges has been approved. We would like to offer thanks to the local parish council and Ryedale council for their overwhelming support of the development plans.
The diggers are commencing work on 19th June and our expectation is to have the development finished by mid-August. The first 12 holiday homes going into place will all have fantastic lakeside views, over one of our lakes known as Abbie. The lakeside luxury Holiday Homes arriving at the park are towards the top end of the market and include the luxurious Atlas Debonair Lodge and fantastically modern Swift Chamonix Lodge. Our ultimate aim is to offer the best there is in when it comes to pure peace and tranquility. Each Holiday Home will come with customised glass fronted decking, giving unhampered views across the lake land, fauna and wildlife our park has to offer.
We offer a full service with all our owners, and can help with any queries you may have along the way. We provide reliable and trustworthy warranties, guarantees and after sales service with all of our sold luxury Holiday Homes. The park is also perfectly situated for exploring, situated on the edge of the stunning North Yorks Moors National Park. We are also situated close to the town of Malton, which has all of the major supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.
We are extremely proud to say that we have now start receiving reservations on this first development, with 3 of the 12 plots already reserved. The British ‘Staycation’ really is a wonderful thing and proving extremely popular with more and more people.
